A fire incident occurred within a residential building, originating from the basement and subsequently spreading throughout the structure. An initial company was engaged to manage the restoration process but, regrettably, they failed to meet the rigorous standards and expectations set forth by both the homeowner and the insurance company. Consequently, their services were terminated.

CRUSA was promptly called upon to intervene and swiftly bring the restoration project back on course. Given the rocky inception of the project, all stakeholders desired extensive involvement in the process. Full framing and interior reconstruction were also crucial components of the process. Additionally, CRUSA closely collaborated with the homeowner and their designer to ascertain that the design and selections were perfect.

Despite inheriting this complex project from another contractor, CRUSA maintained consistent communication with the homeowners at each stage, ensuring their awareness of the project’s progress and confirmation of its return to the right track.
